NODUS TALKS: Sustainable Fashion + New Business Thinking
KIRSI NIINIMÄKI focuses on holistic understanding of sustainable fashion and textile fields and connections between design, manufacturing, business models and consumption. ANNIINA NURMI is developing a "clothing as a service system" which brings new sharing economy business models to the fashion industry.

Open Design relates to both designing things as well as communities: self-organizing groups who decide what to design and how to do it.

MIKKO JALAS will focus on the time-intense, dedicated care for wooden boats. HEIKKI HÄYHÄ is engaging with wooden boats first through a self-built Optimist-dinghy, which never turned to be water tight, he currently serves at boards such as the committee for classic boats at the Helsingfors Segel Sällskap.
