NODUS TALKS: Social Responsibility in Design

KAISU SAVOLA is a design historian and doctoral candidate at Aalto University. Her research focuses on moral, social and political values in design and its history. She will talk about Finnish design students in the 1960s and their wish to ’save the world’.

NICOLAS VON FLITTNER is a Product Design Lead at M4ID, a social impact company working with under-represented communities. In his talk he will share the experiences on utilising design methods to improve the maternal and newborn health services in rural India.
