NODUS TALKS: Food System Transformation

SEONA CANDY is a researcher of sustainable food and urban systems at the University of Helsinki. She will talk about the challenges related to feeding cities both now and in the future and opportunities for sustainable and resilient urban food system transformation.

HEIDI UPPA is a creative and designer working with food, concepts and experiences. She is one of the founding members of the Keru community fridge (Keru-yhteisöjääkaappi). In her talk she will present her latest projects related to food design and communication.
